- Be made under another person's name or posted anonymously;
 - Contain Allstate trade secrets;
 - Contain Allstate's revenue projections or projected share price;
 - Contain other companies' intellectual properties, such as logos or trade secrets;
 - Contain any discussions relating to the marketing, solicitation or sale of securities or securities related products;
 - Be used for commercial purposes to send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation to other users;
 - Breach any intellectual property rights laws;
 - Discuss how to commit illegal activity;
 - Contain viruses, worms or any other computer code that is intended to damage or interfere with any system, data or information;
